TREASURY ASSISTANT

Job Description

We are looking for a Treasury Assistant to join our Madrid office and support the Treasury team.

Functions

  • Managing and processing collections and payments from customers and suppliers.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring that transactions are correctly accounted for.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the proper flow of financial information.
  • Maintaining up-to-date financial records and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Handling treasury management for international subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional training qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP, Sage Accounting and Excel is essential.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • English: high level essential (spoken and written).
