TREASURY ASSISTANT
Job Description
We are looking for a Treasury Assistant to join our Madrid office and support the Treasury team.
Functions
- Managing and processing collections and payments from customers and suppliers.
- Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring that transactions are correctly accounted for.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the proper flow of financial information.
- Maintaining up-to-date financial records and ensuring their accuracy.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Handling treasury management for international subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Degree or professional training qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
- Solid knowledge of SAP, Sage Accounting and Excel is essential.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- English: high level essential (spoken and written).
