SAP FINANCIAL PROCESS MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for someone to lead the geographic expansion and unification of financial processes using tools such as SAP. This role involves managing financial planning, implementing ERP systems, and coordinating between different teams and regions.

Functions

-         Leading geographic expansion: Identifying growth opportunities in new regions and developing financial strategies to support expansion.

-         Unifying processes: Establishing and standardising financial processes across geographies to ensure consistency and efficiency.

·         Implementing SAP: Coordinating the implementation and optimisation of SAP in all business units.

-         Financial analysis: Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision making.

·         Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with the expansion and integration of systems.

-         Interdepartmental collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment of objectives and processes.

-         Training and development: Training local teams in how to use SAP and carry out new financial processes.

Requirements

      Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

·         Experience: Minimum five years’ experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.

·         Technical expertise: Experience in implementing and managing of SAP and other ERP systems.

·         Analytical skills: Ability to perform complex financial analysis and present strategic recommendations.

-         Leadership skills: Experience in team and project management, with communication and collaboration skills.

·         Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages would be an advantage.
