PAYROLL & INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY SPECIALIST

Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll & International mobility specialist to join the Human Resources team in our Madrid office.

Requirements

     Qualification in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Law and Labour Sciences, Labour Sciences, or similar. 
Experience in payroll processing with A3NOM or A3Innuva
Experience with SuccessFactors would be an asset.
Postgraduate studies in international worker mobility would be an asset.
High level of Excel.
High level of English.
 

Functions

 

  • Management and supervision of the entire payroll process with external consultancy in Spain.
  • Management of all employment documentation for new hires and departures from the company and other documentation that may arise throughout the working life of each employee.
  • Providing support to the person in charge in the management of Occupational Risk Prevention together with the External Prevention Service: documentation, initial training, annual medical check-ups and coordination of business activities
  • Management of flexible remuneration and social benefits (restaurant, childcare and transport vouchers, and medical insurance).
  • Absence management (holidays, leave, etc.) and time recording
  •  The tasks related to international mobility are:
  • Management of expatriates (from visa, agreements, to payroll, to reincorporation), both with the individual and with international consultancies.
  • Monitoring and updating the mobility policy in force at the firm
  • Monitoring the international mobility budget
