IN-HOUSE LAWYER

Job Description

We are looking for a lawyer to join our Firm as an In-House Lawyer in the Madrid office.

Functions

  • Supporting the management and control of international subsidiaries, as well as the needs of the firm’s expatriate partners;
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (works, services, etc.); 
  • Collaboration agreements with educational and third sector entities; 
  • Financial contracts as well as compliance with the requirements of financial institutions;
  • Responding to requests from administrative authorities including participation in inspection or review processes; 
  • Checking the firm’s branding.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in commercial, contracting, international subsidiaries, M&A.
  • Law degree.
  • English with French an advantage.
