Job Description
We are looking for a person to join the firm’s Communications team, whose main function will be to support the area of legal rankings and directories.
Requirements
• Degree in Law, Advertising and PR or Business Administration (Marketing).
• Experience: One to three years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word).
• High level of English (C1).
Functions
- Supporting the management and preparation of the firm’s documentation for legal rankings and directories such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Euromoney, etc., as well as for national and international League Tables.
- Assisting drafting texts in English for international directories.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports analysing the firm’s results and positioning in terms of awards and recognition.
- Supporting managing and organising the annual calendars with the deadlines for each editorial.
- Collaborating with the inter-office coordination of directory strategy and League Tables.
