Job Description
We are looking for a person to join our Human Resources team who will manage the international mobility programme life cycle for secondees, as well as staff in local offices.
Requirements
- High level of English.
- At least five years of experience in international mobility.
Functions
- Providing information on the international mobility policy and support throughout the relocation process, as well as resolving any questions.
- Supporting the management of the initial visa as well as renewals, where applicable, with the relevant external advisors.
- Managing payroll, taxation and associated travel allowances, both with seconded persons and with external advisors.
- Being a point of contact for all corporate human resources processes (evaluation, training, etc.).
- Managing the return at the end of the secondment.
