ENGINEER SPECIALISING IN TECHNOLOGY ASSET MANAGEMENT AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Job Description

We are looking for someone with a background in engineering and experience in technology asset management, artificial intelligence and contract management for our Legal Tech and Digital Transformation area. They will be responsible for leading optimisation, automation and compliance initiatives in software and hardware asset management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and client needs.

Requirements

Studies:
• Information Technology Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar.

Experience:
• Five to seven years in technology asset management, IT strategy, software asset management and contract management.

Technical expertise:

• Artificial intelligence and prompt engineering;

• Software asset management (SAM), IT asset management (ITAM);

• Cloud computing and optimisation of licences in multi-cloud environments;

• Data analysis and visualisation tools; and

• IT governance regulations and standards (ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.).

Languages:

• A high level of English.

The following would be considered an asset:

• AI and software asset management certifications (CSAM, ITIL, CAIP);

• Experience in digital transformation and process automation projects;

• Knowledge of technology regulation and cybersecurity; and

• Ability to analyse and solve problems in complex environments.

Functions

• Strategic IT and software asset management (SAM, ITAM);

• Defining and implementing optimisation strategies for licences and technology contracts;

• Implementing automation and improvement processes using artificial intelligence and machine learning;

• Developing and applying prompt engineering models to optimise business processes with generative AI;

• Negotiating and managing technology contracts with suppliers and internal stakeholders;

• Assessing impact of regulations and policy on information technology and security management;

• Coordinating with IT, legal and procurement teams to ensure operational efficiency; and

• Analysing and improving processes with Lean and Legal Project Management methodologies.
