Collections Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Executive for our office in Madrid.
Requirements
- Professional training qualification in Administration and Finance.
- At least five years of experience in an multinational accounting department managing collections.
- Experience contacting clients for collections, both in writing and by telephone..
- Advanced Excel skills (test essential).
- High level of spoken and written English (Advanced or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Portuguese would be an asset.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and analytical skills.
Functions
- Active collections management.
- Registering collections and confirming clients.
- Closing matters and client configuration.
- Preparing reports (pending collection, invoice issued, etc).
- Daily cash positioning and following up.
- Coordinating with foreign affiliate teams.
