Job Description
We are looking for a secretary for our Lisbon office.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a secretary/administrative asssitant, preferably in the legal sector (non-eliminatory);
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- High level of English (minimum B2 level);
- A good level of Spanish is valued;
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage several priorities simultaneously;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.

Functions
- Answering phone calls, attending visitors and contact with internal and external clients;
- Agenda management and scheduling of meetings;
- Coordination of national and international trips, including intineraries, bookings/reservations and expenditure control;
- Support in the invoicing process (review of lawyers' records, follow-up, liaising with the accounting department, etc.), managing of purchase orders and recording of expenses in the system;
- Proofreading, editing and preparing (including photocopying, scanning and binding) of documents (Excel, PPT, Word) and support in the preparation of presentations;
- Management and organization of physical and digital archives.
