Job Description
We are looking for a secretary for our Lisbon office.
Requirements
- Native level of Portuguese.
- High level of English.
- A good level of Spanish is valued.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a similar position.
The ideal candidate will be looking to join a law firm with international scope, and be motivated to grow professionally with our firm and progress in their career.
Functions
- Reception: answering phone calls, attending visitors, management of meeting rooms.
- Administrative work: photocopying, scanning, binding, Excel files, PPT presentations, Word documents.
- Agenda management: purchasing tickets, booking hotels, resolving possible problems.
- Invoicing: managing purchase orders, following-up on invoices, liaising with the accounting department, recording of lawyers’ hours in the system.
