INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWYER FOR OUR LISBON OFFICE

Job Description

We are looking for a lawyer for our Intellectual Property area in the Lisbon office.

Requirements

  • Law degree and specialization studies in the area of intellectual/industrial property (e.g., master's, postgraduate, etc.).
  • At least 6 years PQE (post-qualified experience) in intellectual/industrial property, including advice on applications/registrations and in judicial/extrajudicial procedures relating to trademarks, designs, patents, copyright, unfair competition and business secrets. Experience in data protection and new technologies will be valued. 
  • Native level of Portuguese.
  • A high level of English is essential.
  • A good level of Spanish is valued.
