EXTERNAL & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are looking for an External and Internal Communications Executive for our Lisbon office, reporting to the firm’s Head of Communications, who will have the following responsibilities:

Requirements

Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing or Public Relations.
Experience: at least eight years handling similar responsibilities in law firms, companies or communication agencies.
Knowledge of financial communications would be an asset.
High level of English (C1) and good command of Microsoft Office software.
Native level of Portuguese.

Functions

External Communication

Collaborating with the preparation and execution of the Corporate Communications plan for Portugal.
Handling relationships with Portuguese and international media outlets.
Developing external communications content and supporting the creation of content for social networks.
Managing press releases, interviews, opinion articles and other content with specific and general Portuguese and international media.

Internal Communications

Developing the internal communications plan for the firm in Portugal.
Implementing internal communications measures in coordination with all departments involved.
Managing internal communications tools.

Location

Lisboa.
