INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

 

We are looking for an Internal & External Communications Executive for our Mexico office who, reporting to the Head of Communications, will have the following functions:

Internal Communications

  • Developing the internal communications plan for the firm in Mexico.
  • Implementing of internal communication measures in coordination with all departments involved.
  • Managing internal communications tools.

 

External Communication

  • Collaborating with the preparation and execution of the Corporate Communications plan for Mexico.
  • Handling relationships with national Mexican and international media outlets.
  • Developing external communications content and supporting the creation of content for social networks.
  • Managing press releases, interviews, opinion articles and other content with specific and general national, Mexican and international media.

Requirements

  • Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and PR. 
  • Experience: at least eight years performing similar functions in law firms, companies or communication agencies.    
  • Knowledge of financial communications would be an asset.
  • High level of English (C1) and good command of Microsoft Office software.
 

Location

Mexico City.
