DATA ENTRY CLERK - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND FRANCHISING TEAM (MEXICO)

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our Intellectual Property and Franchising team in Mexico.

Requirements

•    A minimum of two years’ experience in data entry, administrative support or related roles.
•    Advanced command of English, with the ability to write and understand documents in English.
•    Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulae, pivot tables and advanced functions to manage large volumes of data.
•    Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
•    Ability to communicate and interact directly with clients, with a service-focused attitude.
•    Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Experience in a legal or professional services firm environment would be preferable. 

Functions

•    Entering data, managing and maintaining databases with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the integrity and consistency of information.
•    Migrating data from current systems to a new management system, ensuring the correct transfer and organisation of information.
•    Writing reports and summaries of relevant data in English and Spanish, ensuring clarity and accuracy of the information conveyed.
•    Interacting professionally and assertively with clients for clarifications or data updates, always providing a client-oriented service.
•    Contributing autonomously to problem-solving and optimisation of data entry and reporting processes.
•    Using advanced Microsoft Excel tools for effective data manipulation and analysis.
