Job Description

We are looking for a Law professional, bilingual in English, with 7 - 10 years of professional experience in matters related to technology, telecommunications, data protection, and digital business.

Requirements

Law degree and bilingual proficiency in English.
7 - 10 years of professional experience.
Strong experience in Technology and Telecommunications Law.
Knowledge and experience in data protection and privacy, including international regulatory frameworks such as the GDPR and CCPA.
Experience in matters related to cybersecurity, internet, and e-commerce.
Experience in technology licensing, acquisition, and contracting.
Knowledge or experience in projects involving the implementation, development, and/or use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
Previous experience in a law firm is preferred.
