SENIOR ASSOCIATE - LITIGATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Job Description

We are looking for a Law professional with 10 - 12 years of experience, with a strong track record in designing and implementing strategies for civil and administrative litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. 

Requirements

• Law degree with 10 - 12 years of professional legal experience. Bilingual in English.
• Strong experience in civil and administrative litigation, including the development and implementation of legal and procedural strategies.
• Experience in domestic and/or international arbitration.
• Knowledge and experience in public and private contracting, including the negotiation, structuring, drafting, and execution of complex civil and commercial agreements.
• Experience advising on public and private tender processes and contracting procedures involving government entities.
• Previous experience in law firms or in roles with significant exposure to complex litigation and arbitration matters.
