SENIOR ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE

Job Description

We are looking a senior legal professional, bilingual (English), with a completed specialization and, preferably, a master’s degree.

The candidate should have between 7 - 10 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on corporate and business law. Experience advising national and international clients is required in areas such as:

Corporate matters
Business law matters
Implementation of corporate reorganization structures (spin-off, merger, transformation)
Support in meetings of corporate bodies
Corporate governance
Dissolution and liquidation processes of companies
General legal advisory
