LEGAL DESIGN & INNOVATION ASSISTANT

Job Description

We are looking for a final-year student or recent graduate in Design who is curious about the legal world and its transformation. Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking, UX/UI, and Service Design is required. Strong visual communication skills are essential.

This role will be responsible for co-creating, designing, and prototyping ideas and products through collaborative, multidisciplinary work involving lawyers, engineers, and information systems experts.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in legal trends, legaltech, and digital transformation. Full-time availability and an intermediate to advanced level of English are required.

Requirements

Final-year Design student or recent graduate with a curiosity for the legal world and its transformation.

Should be familiar with methodologies such as Design Thinking, UX/UI, Service Design, among others. Strong visual communication skills are essential.

Must have the ability to communicate ideas visually, work effectively in a team, and show interest in trends, legaltech, and digital transformation. Full-time availability and intermediate to advanced English proficiency are required.

  • Co-create legal products and services with real impact.

  • Apply design, innovation, and visual thinking methodologies in strategic projects.

  • Research trends, prototype ideas, launch pilot programs, and learn by doing.
