Knowledge Management & Innovation Assistant
Job Description
A technologist or professional in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related fields is required. At least 1 year of experience in document management, technological platforms, or administrative/technical support is desirable.
This role will be responsible for supporting the operation and adoption of the organization’s Knowledge Management, LegalTech, and Contract Management platforms, ensuring proper administration of users, documents, contracts, and content, while assisting teams in the effective use of these tools.
An intermediate level of English and experience in service-oriented companies are desirable.
Requirements
• Technologist or professional in Information Systems, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in document management, technological platforms, or administrative/technical support (desirable).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new tools.
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Functions
• Administration of users, permissions, and document workflows/automation within the platforms.
• Contract Management support: contract validation, monitoring expiration dates, updating information, and coordinating submission for billing.
• Updating and maintaining the knowledge base (taxonomies, classification, and content indexing).
• Digitization of bibliographic material and user training.
• Conducting functionality tests for technological platforms.
• Supporting onboarding processes by training new employees on platform usage.
• Operational support for innovation initiatives and events (Innova).
