JUNIOR LAWYER - CORPORATE, MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS

Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English) qualified lawyer with 3 to 4 years of experience advising local and international clients on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Previous experience in a law firm is preferred. The position is based in Medellín or Bogotá.

Requirements

Bilingual law professional (English).
3–4 years of experience advising local and international clients on: Corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
