Job Description

We are looking for a Public Accounting student (from 5th semester onward) or a technical/technological degree holder with experience in invoice registration and processing, as well as handling accounting documentation.

The role involves tasks such as controlling and verifying invoice support documents, recording cash receipts, handling petty cash transactions, and issuing tax withholding certificates (Renta, VAT, ICA).

Requirements

  • Register and process invoices and accounting documentation for the Firm.
  • Control and verify invoice supporting documents.
  • Record cash receipts, handle petty cash transactions, and perform account analysis.
  • Issue Withholding Tax, VAT, and ICA certificates.
