Job Description

We are looking for a law professional with 5 - 8 years of professional experience, with a solid focus on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Requirements

Bilingual law professional (English).
5 - 8 years of experience in corporate law, mergers, and acquisitions.
Preferably with experience in a law firm.
Experience advising national and international clients on:
- Drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements.
- Structuring and managing investment vehicles.
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements.
- Designing and implementing corporate reorganization structures (spin-offs, mergers, transformations).
- Designing corporate governance structures.
- Dissolution and liquidation processes of companies.
