DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Job Description
We are seeking a Technician or Technologist in Document Management or Administrative areas with a focus on archiving and document control. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience performing operational activities related to physical and digital archiving, correspondence handling, document custody, and digitization, ensuring that all information is available and up to date.
The candidate must have experience managing both internal and external correspondence, and possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional, as well as basic knowledge of digitization processes. Strong teamwork skills and effective verbal and written communication are essential.
Requirements
Technician or Technologist in Document Management
Minimum 2 years of experience in document control
Proven experience in internal and external communication
